Welcome to our new website

When the Center embarked on building a new website, we wanted you to have a more streamlined experience, with increased ability to view and manage your data. As a logged-in user, there are many new things that you can view and do. Scroll down to get information on creating your account or choose from one of our FAQ pages.

Your User Account

To get started on our new site, claim  or create your account:

If you had an account on our previous site, you will need to reset your password

  • Click on the Reset Password link below  and enter your email address.*
  • Click Submit.
  • Check your email for a password reset email. It seems to be taking a few minutes for the email to come through, so be patient.  If you do not see it, check your junk or spam folder. **
  • After receiving the email, click through the included link (this link will expire after 24 hours). Set a new password and update any other fields that are on the form. Save your new password someplace secure and you are good to go.

*If you have multiple email addresses under which you may have an account, you may want to try each of them.

**If you have not received an email within 15 minutes, use the Create New Account link below to create a new account.

If you did not have an account on our previous site, you will need to create an account

  • Click on the New Account link below.
  • Enter your name and email.
  • *IMPORTANT: Make sure to say Yes to "Do you wish to add an organizational affiliation at this time?"
    • Search for your organization. Use the most unique words in your organization's name to filter the list. Try full name and acronyms/abbreviations. 
    • If you have searched thoroughly, choose my organization is not on this list and enter your organization's name in the new box.
  • Click Create New Account.
  • Check your email for a message with a link to set your password. It seems to be taking a few minutes for the email to come through, so be patient.  If you do not see it, check your junk or spam folder. 

*Organizational membership benefits are not available if you are not affiliated with the organization. You can add a new affiliation at any time on your "My Organizations" page.

Notes

If you try to create a new account and you get a message indicating that the email address is "already taken", this means that an account with that email address already exists. Use the Reset Password button below to receive a password reset email.

If you have not received either a welcome email or a password reset email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, contact us
