We are looking for compassionate, motivated and dependable individuals to join our team and enrich the lives of the individuals we serve. We have an immediate need for a Licensed Clinician for Veterans Countin NH!

Our Clinical Services Department is looking for a Clinician to join our Military & Veterans Services team right now! Come find your purpose while you make valuable, rewarding impacts in the lives of the service members, veterans and their families that we serve. In this role, the successful candidate will provide direct clinical support to address the goals of each client and/or couple. Key job duties include:

Connect with Veterans to treat a wide range of mental health challenges through individual and couples counseling and therapeutic interventions.
Complete client assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Timely and thorough documentation of all counseling sessions and all other relevant contacts as they relate to the client.
Actively participate in team meetings, case shares and training opportunities.
Utilization expected to be approximately 26 billable hours per week.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or other licensed degree
License required - 2 year minimum: LMFT (preferred), LICSW (preferred) or LCMHC
Minimum one year experience working with couples/couples therapy
Ability to supervise license eligible candidates (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Hours: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week exempt position. We meet Veterans via telehealth or in the office- client preference.

Compensation:

Beginning at $75,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications.
One time sign-on bonus of $3,000*

* Sign on bonus for new hires only. To be paid within the first 6 months of continuous full-time employment.
