About us
The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, a statewide, nonprofit, community development financial institution (CDFI) located in Concord, N.H., has an immediate opening for an energetic, talented individual to fill a critical role in its housing program.
ROC-NH works with homeowners in and owners of manufactured-home parks statewide to convert those parks into communities that are owned and governed by residents. ROC-NH’s financing, training, and technical assistance help homeowners in resident-owned communities build equity, achieve stable housing, develop leadership, and strengthen their communities.
About the opportunity
If you are a roll-up-your-sleeves person who thrives on seeing projects through from feasibility to completion, this is the job for you. ROC-NH’s Community Projects Coordinator provides information and assistance to resident-owned communities (ROCs) with infrastructure projects, including road, water, and utility improvements.
The person in this position is involved in every aspect of project planning, funding, and implementation, including helping cooperatives build relationships with funding partners, engineers, municipalities, and other professional stakeholders. You’ll foster a sense of empowerment while assisting ROCs to improve their communities.
