Our Business Support Team is in search of a full-time Senior Business Analyst who will increase functionality and efficiency of custom enterprise system and company websites by performing detailed requirements analyses, documenting processes, and testing complex enhancements and/or changes to system applications. Our Senior Business Analysts tackles projects based on organizational priorities set by leadership and outlines & communicates priorities to the project team.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting information/requirements from stakeholders
  • Participating in agile team ceremonies
  • Backlog Management: preparation planning, organization, decomposition, research and analysis, documentation

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be extremely detail oriented. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education is required. Candidates need advanced technical skills in Microsoft Suite, Visio, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Miro.

Job Location:  This position will work both on-premises at our Concord NH headquarters, and remote, as appropriate.
