Grafton County Senior Citizens Council ( GCSCC) is a nonprofit , charitable organization. Our purpose is to develop , strengthen, and provide programs and services that support the health, dignity and independence of older adults and adults with disabilities living in our communities.
Under the direction of the Director, coordinate activities and the Senior Center. This may include entertainment, social, recreational, and informational programming.
Requirements:
HS diploma or the equivalent. Individual must have good judgement and communication skills. Experience working with an oder adult population or experience working in the social services field a plus, along with experience working with groups. Computer literacy is required. Training provided.
Responsibilities:
Mainain records and input related Center activies along with volunteer information into a database.
In an information (overload) culture, it is often difficult to get your message through to the right people. Let the Center help. We offer multiple ways to showcase our members' information.
