Lakes Region Community Services is seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Coordinator and Recruiter to effectively recruit, screen, and hire qualified employees that meet the staffing needs of all programs within the agency.  Must be familiar and in compliance with labor laws that pertain to recruiting. Applicants will have a high degree of professionalism and a positive, cooperative demeanor while interacting with employees, applicants, and third parties.  This position will also facilitate the agency’s volunteer program and perform various human resource functions for the department.

Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
