Tri-County Community Action Program

Tri-County CAP is dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of New Hampshire's people and communities. TCCAP provides opportunities and support for people to learn and grow in self-sufficiency, and to get involved in helping their neighbors and improving the conditions in their communities.  TCCAP connects people throughout Coös, Carroll and Grafton Counties with resources that can help them with home energy costs and conservation, emergency intervention, homelessness and hunger, domestic violence and sexual assault, restorative justice issues, visitation and family counseling, sobriety, transportation, Head Start services and dental care, as well as guardianship services to New Hampshire residents statewide.

Tri-County Community Action Program in Berlin, NH has an opening for a visionary Human Resource Director to support the development of our workforce and further the mission of the agency. Operating within agency polices and employment law, duties include: recruitment, staffing and employee orientation, employee relations, benefit administration including WC and FMLA, personnel development and training, regulatory compliance relative to personnel, safety practices and OSHA compliance. TCCAP offers a comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, 403b retirement plan, EAP, and other elective benefits. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources administration with a degree, training or certification in HR administration; Bachelor’s degree in related field coupled with strong HR administration experience considered. Ideal candidates will have a background in OSHA rules and regulations. Salary commensurate with experience. Sign on bonus offered.
