Waypoint’s Family Preservation Department is looking for a designated Data Specialist who has competencies to manage performance metrics driven by programmatic design and expectations. The Specialist will be integral to an active contract management relationship with the funding source.  Being able to depict program success and challenges using data and program knowledge to measure performance and make recommendations for programmatic change, regional results, and statewide trends. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and efficient data collection and management, using data tools such as Excel, SharePoint or PowerBi. Manage and maintain data to prepare reports to determine outcomes of programs, services by creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to demonstrate outcomes to management and stakeholders per requirements of funding source.

Bachelor’s Degree, with focus on data management with one year of related experience preferred.  Experience may be substituted for some education.  The successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced computer skills including Sharepoint and Office 365.  Data Specialist will be full-time, based out of our Manchester, NH office with occasional travel to other Waypoint or DCYF Offices statewide.
