Are you handy?  Do you enjoy fixing things?  Looking for variety, autonomy, with flexibility and appreciation for your work?  

Waypoint is seeking a reliable individual to manage the maintenance of all Waypoint properties.  The Maintenance manager will be responsible for upkeep of Waypoint properties inside and out.  Conducting and coordinating regular building inspections for safety, cleaning standards and compliance will be part of the job.  Performing maintenance duties, coordinating jobs with contractors as needed along with other related duties to ensure an efficient and effective work environment as directed by the CFO will be expected.
