Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS), a non-profit social services agency, is currently recruiting for a full-time Quality Improvement Coordinator. The QI Coordinator will assist with facilitation and documentation of formal complaint processes, schedule and/or conduct certification reviews as needed, attend the Human Rights Committee meetings, and track, maintain and report on all data regarding QI to appropriate internal and external groups.


Qualified candidates will be able to work with minimal supervision, be detail-orientated, able to multitask and prioritize, and have good organizational and time management skills. An associate degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred. The right candidate will be able to work professionally under pressure, maintain strict confidentiality, and be able to interact with people well.
