Join The Moore Center’s Clinical Services team with this unique opportunity!

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Administrative Support person to oversee and coordinate the Human Rights Committee (HRC) processes to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations that protect the rights, wellbeing and safety of the individuals we serve.  Will also provide administrative support to the Clinical Department.

Associate’s degree is preferred, as well as 1 to 2 years of administrative assistant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and database systems also required.

  • Facilitate correspondence with internal and external entities, including vendor agencies, other contracted behavioral health professionals, case management and guardians
  • Collect and distribute clients’ behavioral plans and supporting health documentation between vendor agency, case management and HRC members
  • Maintain multiple databases to track timelines, specific reporting data and compliance
  • Prepare for monthly committee meetings and/or other meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with internal Quality and Compliance Coordinators to evaluate data in order to meet Federal and State requirements
