About us


The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund collaborates with a wide range of donors and investors, and with business, nonprofit and government partners, to provide the financing and support that people with low and moderate incomes need to become financially independent and have affordable housing, quality jobs, child care and access to vital community services.


This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. You will be an integral member of a team striving to make sound financial decisions. You will work independently in compiling, analyzing, and presenting financial and social impact data and key performance indicators. You will create visual and intuitive reports to convey financial information internally and externally to key stakeholders. You will work with all departments, giving them the financial data they need to make informed decisions.

To be successful in this role you must have a passion for our mission, an excitement for bettering NH communities and demonstrate strong technical and business skills in the areas of financial analytics, financial accounting, forecasting, modeling, and data management. You must also be proficient in using a variety of software applications, including Microsoft’s Office Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau. You must also have strong communication skills, an enthusiasm for brainstorming creative solutions, intellectual curiosity, and good humor. Thoughtful engagement with many members of our diverse team will be essential to your success.
