Concord RCO Center Manager

Greater Tilton Area Family Resource Center

The Center Manager ensures organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety in the day-to-day operations of the Concord Center and support for core programming of peer recovery support services and family support services.  In addition, the Center Manager works closely and collaboratively with the Senior Management Team of the organization, including the Director of Family Support and the Director of Recovery Support in providing community outreach and parenting education to families. The Center Manager supports center staff in meeting the needs of Quality Assurance for the organization, including data collection and reporting, as well as organizational and programmatic evaluation activities. The Concord Center Manager reports to the Executive Director.

  • Plan and implement the delivery of Peer Recovery and Family Support Programs in accordance with the mission and goals of GTA-FRC.
  • Participate in the annual operating plan to support Peer Recovery and Family Support programming with Senior Management.
  • Implement organizational policies and procedures at the Tilton Center.
  • Provide supervisory and coaching activities for assigned program staff. 
  • With the Executive Director and Management Team, establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff.
  • Develop forms and records to document program activities or implement the use of those created by the management team.
  • Ensure that all program staff receive orientation and appropriate training.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the Concord Center, including scheduling, appointments, and room bookings.
  • Implement a robust data management and reporting system; ensure that the contract data reporting and collection schedule is adhered to and that required data reporting and entry are steady and support operational requirements.
  • Oversee daily data collection from staff in support of the the data reporting manager’s efforts for timely reporting.
  • With the Executive Director and Management Team, create and revise policies and procedures as needed.
  • Cultivate existing relationships with community partners with the goal of ensuring sufficient resources and access to services.
  • Actively participate as a member of the GTA-FRC Management Team.
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
  • Collaborate with management staff to ensure grants and other materials align with program goals and outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned
  1. BS. BA or equivalent experience in human services.
  2. 5 or more years’ experience in office management and/or supervision.
  3. Experience in recovery support/family support.
  4. Familiarity with local prevention, treatment, recovery, medical, behavioral health, and family support resources.
  5. A demonstrated understanding of the Strengthening Families™ framework. (Can be OTJ trained.)
  6. A demonstrated understanding of the Standards of Quality for Family Support and Strengthening. (Can be OJT trained.)
  7. A demonstrated understanding of and belief in the recovery process for individuals and family members.
  8. Strong organizational skills.
  9. Computer proficiency in MS Office.
  10. An ability to learn programs used for data collection and reporting.
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  12. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and a commitment and passion for supporting individuals’ and families’ journey to well-being.
  13. Valid NH driver’s license and proper registration and insurance.
