Social Worker/Case Manager needed on dedicated non-profit team treating DCYF/DCYF (Child Protection and Juvenile Justice) involved youth and their families/foster placements in their homes and communities. Social Worker/Case Manager will carry a caseload in the Manchester area, providing weekly in-home sessions, managing case files, and providing a flexible day/evening schedule that accommodates working families. You must be interested in working collaboratively with the child protective system.
Skills needed:
* Counseling, strong communication, rapport building ability, supported crisis response
* Organization, multi-tasked time management, ability to triage
* Competent writing/verbal articulation skills, documentation, case planning and facilitation abilities
* Collaboration with team, partnering agencies, schools, and courts.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in human service with 2-3 years of human service experience, or bachelor's degree and 5 years of human service experience required. Solution Based Casework knowledge preferred, but not required. Knowledge of child protection/child welfare desired. Candidates will be asked to engage in criminal background and motor vehicle record checks and have auto insurance which meets agency standards.
