This position is full time reporting to the Director of Quality and Vendor Relations . FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Vendor Relations, the Quality Project Administrator is responsible for overseeing and performing administrative functions concerned with the behavior plan process and incident reporting process. This position will also be supporting the overall data support of the quality department which could include NH state waivers, internal and state and federal audits, data entry into multiple databases/excel spreadsheets, and assisting in generating reports and presentations for the quality department.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for all administration functions and processes as it relates to the behavior plan process and incident report management process
  • Email reminders of upcoming behavior plan expiration dates
  • Using the CSNI New Hampshire Behavior Plan/ Protocol Requirements Checklist ensure all requirements are present in the behavior plans that are submitted.
  • Work with submission staff if all data points are not present
  • Scan and password protect the completed plans into the behavior plan folder
  • Complete an agenda for the HRC meeting and send to all contributors
  • Set up the zoom meeting and email the HRC members and presenters
  • Take HRC meeting minutes and follow up with presenters for any HRC recommendations
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute behavior plans once approved to appropriate presenters
  • Maintain and update behavior plan and incident report data tracker
  • Work with service coordinators and external staff for follow up on behavior plans and incident reports
  • Elevate high risk incidents to the Director of Quality
  • Respond to emails regarding behavior plan process and incident report management
  • Assist in or perform data tracking help develop reports
  • Assist with data entry into several quality department databases/excel spreadsheets
  • Assist with all internal and external audits
  • Assist the Director of Quality with preparation of quality board meeting reports and board of director meeting reports and presentations
  • Communicate with service coordinators and external presenters and staff to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Manage multiple processes at once
  • Address outstanding issues in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned from day to day
  • Qualifications, Education and Experience:
  • Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals helpful
  • Knowledge of Developmental Disability system helpful
  • Strong organizational skill and details oriented
  • 2-3 years of Administrative experience handling sensitive information preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be dependable, organized and punctual
  • Knowledge of the Developmental Disability system helpful
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF
  • Requires utmost confidentiality
  • Possess reliable transportation, valid drivers’ license and applicable vehicle insurance for business travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
