Position Summary: Fast paced Behavioral Health practice is seeking candidate who will be a member of a team of Scheduling Specialists that triage calls coming into the agency from persons seeking clinical services.

Requirements:
  • Must have excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task, data entry proficiency, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge around HIPAA
  • Organized with ability to multi-task
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy team environment
  • Keyboarding skills, knowledge of Microsoft and Excel applications
  • Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Education: Position requires a minimum of a High School diploma.

Experience: Three plus years of office experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities: This full time position involves screening requests from individuals and other agencies for MHCGM clinical services. The position requires: telephone interviewing and assessment skills; referral and placement; and requires handling emergency calls and accessing appropriate resources for persons in crisis.
