Residential Supervisor
The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester provides a wide range of mental health services to individuals and families. We offer programs to people of all ages, aimed at restoring health and improving quality of life. Our comprehensive system of service enables clients to access care to meet their changing needs. We feature an experienced staff of well-qualified, mental health professionals with training in a wide variety of specialty areas.

Position Summary: Residential supervisors are tasked with managing a residential house that provides 24/7 support to residents with severe and persistent mental illness in a community-based setting. Supervisors provide direct support to clients and staff, and manage the day-to-day operations that will help maintain a successful program. This position requires on-call duties. Supervisors are responsible for managing the house budget, supervision of staff, operating as the point person to ensure effective communication, consultation, and critical decision making. Residential supervisors are expected to take part in consultation, quality improvement activities, and program development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university required.
Experience: Supervisory experience in a therapeutic setting is required.
