Position Summary: MHCGM is looking for a full time Facility Service Worker to join our team! This position is responsible for the overall safety of buildings and materials inside and outside of Center owned/occupied facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a good working knowledge of facilities management, including, but not limited to: carpentry, electrical,  plumbing, HVAC  and hazardous materials.  They will be responsible for maintaining properties, the workplace, and treatment facilities to the highest standards for cleanliness and safety for clients, staff, and guests. Looking for a self-starter who can work independently as well as be a part of a team

  • Must be able to work in adverse conditions, lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and use power tools
  • Good working knowledge of facilities management, including, but not limited to: carpentry, electrical,  plumbing, HVAC  and hazardous materials
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer experience to process e-mail and  computer based maintenance requests
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Qualifications: Must have a good driving record. 


Experience: At least 2 years of facilities management or relevant experience is required. 


Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.


Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week with on-call hours.
