Team Supervisor positions - Statewide openings

Waypoint is launching a new Initiative with 6 new Team Supervisor positions in Manchester, Nashua, Laconia, Dover and Lebanon, locations. 

The Team Supervisor will be leading a regional team of Family Support Workers and Family Engagement Coordinators in daily oversight and supervision by modeling a Solution-Based Casework approach through the establishment of goals, supportive supervision, and celebration of successes. Keeping track of performance metrics. Able to offer process improvements. Assure proper documentation, file management while encouraging the highest quality of services to families.  Working in collaboration with referent partners. Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Services, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience necessary.  Candidates will be asked to engage in criminal background and motor vehicle record checks and have auto insurance which meets agency standards.
