Family Engagement Coordinator - Statewide openings

Waypoint is launching a new initiative with multiple Family Engagement Coordinator positions in our Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Laconia, Keene and Lebanon, locations.

As a Family Engagement Coordinator, you will be the Point person in a seamless and efficient referral process between a referent and Waypoint to quickly engage families in a case management process. This role not only coordinates the “warm handoff” between the referral source and Waypoint, is also a critical member of the team. They work alongside the Family Support Worker to keep families engaged, motivated, and inspired throughout their journey including helping to track accomplishment of milestones and celebrating successes.  Strengths-based and encouraging.  Detailed oriented. Able to communicate effectively with all parties in-person, over the phone, and electronically. Interested in making a difference, having an impact, and being a part of launching a new initiative.

Requirements:

Associates Degree preferred or 2 years related experience.   Candidates will be asked to engage in criminal background and motor vehicle record checks and have auto insurance which meets agency standards.
