Clinical Manager - FIT

Clinical Manager – Family Intensive Team (FIT)

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in NH, is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to work in our Children’s Program (ChIP). The Clinical Manager provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team who work in office, school, home and community-based settings providing support services to children and families. 

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy or a related field is required.
  • Eligibility for NH Licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required.  Active licensure in NH is preferred.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, their families, and the children’s system of care is required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in family systems and crisis  management preferred
  • Experience in the NH community mental health system is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills is required.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a clinical team of primarily community-based staff
  • Demonstrate clinical and behavioral knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment
  • Understand the child serving system of care
  • Participate actively on the management team
  • Provide some direct clinical services to children and families served by the Family Intensive Team
  • Participate in a limited evening on-call coverage schedule on a rotating basis
