Lakes Region Community Services is seeking a full time Controller to join our team! Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will provide oversight for the accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, monthly financial reporting, internal control procedures, and preparation for financial and other types of audits.  


A Bachelor’s degree is required, major or concentration in accounting preferred, with supervisory experience and a minimum of 5 years accounting experience required. The right candidate will have excellent communications skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization, the ability to work both very independently and as part of a team, a high level of computer proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills. Microsoft Dynamics and QuickBooks experience preferred.
