The Director of Residential Services will lead the managers of the residential services areas offered by LRCS, including; Community Residences, Shared Family Living, and Home Assist. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, experience with program development, budget development and monitoring, training, supervision, and facilitation.

Requirements:

The right candidate must be comfortable leading groups as well as being an active participant on a number of agency and community initiatives.  LRCS is looking for someone who has been in a senior level management position for at least 5 years. Candidates with experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities, including mental health, complex medical concerns, and autism will be given first consideration.

All candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (with advanced training and/or certification); a Master’s Degree is preferred.
