Lakes Region Community Services is currently accepting applications for a full time Resource Coordinator to coordinate supports and services for individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries who are identified as at-risk or experiencing mental health issues and their families. Duties include but are not limited to: facilitate team meetings, write service agreements, provide advocacy, act as a community liaison, develop natural supports and coordinate referrals/connections to other programs within LRCS. Resource Coordinators are also responsible for assisting in necessary assessments, providing direct support as needed and participating in agency, community and state committees as appropriate.

This position requires adhering to and administering the agency’s forensic policy and acting in a support/consultation role to area agency case managers for clients engaging in, or at risk of engaging in, behaviors that could lead to involvement in the criminal justice system.


Knowledge of the Lakes Region, ability to self-manage, excellent communication (both written and oral), time management and organizational skills are required. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, prior experience with developmental disabilities, mental health or at-risk behavioral concerns, typing and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and automobile insurance. Knowledge of RSA 171-B and RSA 135-C is preferred.
