Home Care Clinical Nurse Manager

The Waypoint Home Care Department is looking to hire a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Home Care Department. No OASIS, no weekends, no holidays. The Home Care Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the clinical operations of the Home Care Program while assuming shared responsibility for the success of the agency. The Nurse Manager will hire, train, and supervise Registered Nurses and Licensed Nursing Assistants as well as provide in-home assessments, nursing visits, plans of care, and care coordination for seniors and adults with disabilities.

The successful candidate will need to be detail oriented, organized and be able to work individually as well as part of a team. Previous experience with Office 365 and SharePoint desired. The chosen candidate will be required to submit to a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and have auto insurance which must meet agency standards. BSN or related degree, valid RN license, homecare experience preferred, will train appropriate candidate. Two years experience supervising staff required. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, prior experience with Home Trak or similar software. A familiarity with community agencies and programs serving the greater Manchester area is a plus.
