Manager of The Center for Recovery Resources

TLC Family Resource Center

TLC Family Resource Center is a family resource and support agency located in Claremont, New Hampshire, and serving Sullivan and Lower Grafton Counties.  The mission of TLC Family is to promote the optimal health and development of New Hampshire children and families.  To that end, TLC strengthens and supports all children, youth, and families with a wide range of free programs, support groups, education, and events.

Reports to: Executive Director

Manage the day to day administration of The Center for Recovery Resources and ensure its ongoing success and represent TLC in a positive manner at all times.

  • Hire, train and supervise Center staff
  • Develop quality programming to meet the needs of the those being served
  • Ensure the proper tracking of center data (census and surveys/consumer feedback and other data required by Facilitating Organization and grantors)
  • Assist Executive Director with monitoring budgetary data and contract compliance and forecast the ebb and flow of funding
  • Work with M/LADC to maintain compliance with supervision requirements
  • Provide recovery coaching to members
  • Oversee the partnership with Valley Regional Healthcare Emergency Department Recovery Coach program while it is in effect
  • Provide or secure CRSW supervision and support to Center staff as required and/or needed
  • Work with Finance Director to ensure proper billing, including Medicaid
  • Work with the ED and FD as needed to fulfil contracts and other funding requirements
  • Maintain an open and strong presence at community meetings
  • Meet once a month with the Community Peer Advisory Board
  • Approve all marketing, media, and outreach efforts relating to the Center, its services, and related programs
  • Conduct community outreach to engage other recovery supports to provide groups, meetings, and events in the center
  • Represent TLC Family Resource Center in a positive manner at all times.
  • Keep up to date on latest research and programs related to peer recovery
  • Attend and managed regular CAPRRS accreditation meeting.
  • Other duties as needed for the ongoing success of the Center for Recovery Resources

TLC Family Resource Center has an opening for the Manager position of our Center for Recovery Resources. The Center has been a program of TLC for 1 ½ years. It has been in a startup mode and is now ready to move to the stage of long-term sustainability and planning. We welcome applicants who have experience working with people in recovery from substance use disorder. The qualified applicant will have broad knowledge in the field of recovery and experience that indicates an ability to manage a small team of paid employees and volunteers. The qualified applicant will also have experience preparing budgets and writing and managing grants, including state contracts.
