Core services include 24/7 emergency mobile crisis services; counseling services for children, adults, and families; addiction treatment; and community support, vocational services, and residential programs for adults and seniors. Therapist - Adults ($3,000 Sign On Bonus!)

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of  behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Adult Therapist to join our talented multi-disciplinary team in our Community Support Program working with adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. *This position offers a $3,000 sign on bonus!*
 
As a Riverbend Clinician, your primary responsibility will be working with clients to provide individual and group therapy services. This is a great opportunity to work on the front lines of community-based mental health services, and help our clients achieve optimal recovery and independence.

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.  
  • NH License as LCMHC, LICSW, or Psychologist preferred. 
  • Experience working with adults in the mental health field is preferrred.  
  • Knowledge of – or willingness to learn and practice – the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Model is required.  
Responsibilities:
  • Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary team including case management, nursing, and psychiatry
  • Provide individual and group therapy to adults and coordinate treatment with both providers and facilities outside of Riverbend
  • Participate in providing DBT therapy including individual, skills group facilitation, and participation in weekly DBT consultation team meetings
  • Provide Clinical Assessment for eligibility of services
  • Complete clinical documentation in a concise and timely fashion
