Community Bridges is a leader in the delivery of and advocacy for innovative supports to individuals who experience intellectual disabilities and their families.


The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for assuring that Community Bridges and the regional provider agencies comply with applicable regulations, and provide supports and services that protect and respect individual rights. The QIC is responsible for the effective implementation of the statistical analysis and recommendations of the agency quality assurance indicators. The QIC will initiate Quality Improvement Projects for multiple departments at the agency as indicated as necessary by statistical data, to improve processes and practices.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
Experience:  Five (5) years’ experience in the human service or related field with persons with disabilities desirable.  A high level of analysis and attention to detail is required. The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and set priorities and meet deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills including proficiency with grammar and familiarity with terms related to the field of disabilities at a professional level.
  • Ability to review, analyze and summarize clinical documents.
  • Ability to present to groups effectively, facilitate group process and train groups of knowledge content areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of all state regulations (such as ABD & He-M applicable regulations.
  • Ability to use statistical reports to determine trends and make recommendations for program/department and provider agency improvement.
  • Ability to organize and maintain records including, but limited to, quality assurance reports,  training materials, source data, strategic plan development and implementation, and team meetings material.
  • Demonstrate computer competency, comfort and capability with Microsoft Office software.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid NH license and safe driver’s record in accordance with Community Bridges standards.
