Administrative Manager

Seacoast Family Promise

The mission of Seacoast Family Promise is to empower families with children experiencing homelessness to achieve lasting self-sufficiency. An affiliate of the national Family Promise and one of 184 affiliates located throughout the United States.


Administrative Manager: Full-time

Seacoast Family Promise seeks a self-starting administrative professional to support the Executive Director in daily program needs. Seacoast Family Promise serves local families with children, and provides an energetic, caring work environment along with competitive compensation. Paid vacation, holidays, sick time and personal days. Insurance reimbursement option.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Website and Social Media:

  • Maintain platform for online donations, including production of specialized donation forms for website, events and email communications. Website oversight- maintenance, content, updates, events
  • Manage online & social media campaigns via Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Support community outreach and public relations

Database:

  • Database coordination including managing data collection and data management processes
  • Manages database records and generates constituent and donor record segmentations for direct mail appeals, events and formal reports
  • Coordinate the acknowledgment of gifts, pledges, and pledge payments, matching gift claims, tribute gifts and other contributions.
  • Experience with Little Green Light, Stripe a plus.
  • Prepares reports and briefings for Executive Director and Board
  • Manages user roles and security levels, and system configuration of LGL database
  • Supports bookkeeper with donation allocation, copies and database recording

General:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special fundraising events
  • With the Executive Director, develop and manage timelines for various fundraising activities
  • Appeal and outreach processing, mail merge, non-profit postal management
  • Annual report layout, data compilation and production
  • Coordinate in-kind donations and the issuing of in-kind receipts
  • Support the Executive Director and Board of Directors
  • Answering email inquiries, web site contacts and telephones
Requirements:

Ability to work on a small, active, hard-working staff. Ability to work with a wide variety of adults and children. Dependablity and honesty are a must.
