IT Project Specialist

Established in 1920, Greater Nashua Mental Health has as its mission: empowering individuals to lead full and satisfying lives through treatment and support. Our agency provides comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and/or substance misuse disorders. We offer a wide array of services in office and community settings, serving adults and children.  As the State-designated Community Mental Health Center for Southern Hillsborough County, we serve everyone who walks in our doors, and no one is ever turned away due to the inability to pay for services.  Without our agency, many of the most vulnerable members of our community would not have access to critically needed behavioral health care.   We believe that by respecting people as they are, we can help them to become all that they wish to be.

We are looking for a fulltime IT Project Specialist to join our Information & Technology Services Team! This position will assist Greater Nashua Mental Health and its staff in using technology and data management systems for meeting associated responsibilities and to efficiently realize identified strategic objectives and organizational goals.  Duties include supporting systems and operations consistent with development of valid and reliable data and ensuring the accessibly of information technology assets including but not limited to; electronic medical records, document management, reporting, telecommunications, other electronic systems and network assets.

Job qualifications include: a degree in an IT related field or a combination of specialized education and/or relevant experience, 2 years of work experience in a healthcare environment, and knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365. Experience with SQL queries and Excel reporting is preferred. Successful candidate will be excellent with customer service, multitasking, taking initiative, communication and problem solving.
