Since the mid 1960’s, Fellowship Housing Opportunities has worked to build a community in which people with mental illness are able to manage their daily lives, be good neighbors, access resources, and find acceptance.

Fellowship Housing Opportunities, a non-profit organization in Concord, NH, is seeking a part time Maintenance Assistant to perform seasonal work and property maintenance tasks at the organization’s multiple low-income, multi-family housing developments.

The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for building and grounds keeping. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: lawn mowing, weeding and raking, shoveling and snow blowing, completing tenant work orders, assisting with lock outs and participating in an on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have experience performing building and grounds keeping responsibilities.

Excellent communication and client service skills, as well as a pleasant and patient demeanor is required. Candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete a criminal background check and a motor vehicle driving records check. A valid NH Driver’s License, personal automobile and auto insurance is required.

This 15 hour a week position has flexible hours, but participation in the on-call rotation is required.
