Fellowship Housing Opportunities, a non-profit organization in Concord, NH, is seeking a part time Cleaning Specialist to perform the cleaning functions of the organization’s multiple low-income multi-family housing developments.

The Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for cleaning the common areas at our 7 different properties, as well as our administrative office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, window washing, trash and recycling disposal, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning and some light grounds keeping.

The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning residential and/or professional spaces.

Excellent communication and client service skills, as well as a pleasant and patient demeanor is required. Candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete a criminal background check and a motor vehicle driving records check. A valid NH Driver’s License, personal automobile and auto insurance is required.
