The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund collaborates with a wide range of donors and
investors, and with business, nonprofit and government partners, to provide the financing and
support that people with low and moderate incomes need to become financially independent
and have affordable housing, quality jobs, child care and access to vital community services.
ROC-NH, a program of the Community Loan Fund, works with homeowners in and owners of
manufactured-home parks statewide to convert those parks into communities that are owned
and governed by residents. ROC-NH’s financing, educational and technical assistance help
homeowners in resident-owned communities build equity, create stability, develop leadership
and strengthen their communities.

 


About the program

ROC-NH’s financing and technical assistance help homeowners in resident-owned communities (ROCs) build equity, create stability, develop leadership, and strengthen their communities.

Requirements:

About the position

As part of ROC-NH’s leadership team, the Credit Administrator is primarily responsible for loan review, quality control, preparing loans for closing, and compliance for loans to ROCs in N.H.
 

Credit administration

• Develop and implement processes and practices that improve credit quality within ROCNH
• Participate in organizational initiatives to problem-solve credit issues, and to develop departmental and enterprise practices, processes, and systems to improve credit quality and loan  administration
• Oversee loan applications and approvals to identify opportunities, risks, and appropriate risk mitigants.

Responsibilities:

About you

Highly ethical, comfortable and confident problem solver, leadership qualities, commercial real estate loan experience (preferably in affordable housing or manufactured housing), team- and goal-oriented.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of numerous credit facilities used in financing commercial real estate
• Demonstrated ability to use experience and knowledge to design lending processes and systems that balance what is effective for lenders and what is needed for regulatory and
compliance issues
• Ability to maintain a commercial real estate loan portfolio
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Absolute commitment to protecting confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
