NFI North is seeking a fulltime Clincian for our Transitional Housing Program in the Concord area.  The THS program serves the clinical, medical, vocational and residential needs of adult men and women with mental health issues.  Our goal is to help individuals successfully transition into the ocmmunity as well as maintain their independence in the least restrictive environment possible.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.  Licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: providing clinical services in a day treatment program setting. Offer individual and group therapy for consumers whose mental illness can also be compromised by substance use, developmental deficits, neurological impairments, major illnesses and legal constraints.  Would act in a team leadership role for a multidisciplinary treatment team, development of treatment plans, assessments, crisis management, coordination of therapeutic service and supervision of a clinical case manager.
