Case Manager, Drug Court Program

Greater Nashua Mental Health Center

Established in 1920, Greater Nashua Mental Health Center (GNMHC) has as its mission: empowering individuals to lead full and satisfying lives through treatment and support. Our agency provides comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and/or substance misuse disorders.  We offer a wide array of services in office and community settings, serving adults and children.  As the State-designated Community Mental Health Center for Southern Hillsborough County, we serve everyone who walks in our doors, and no one is ever turned away due to the inability to pay for services.  Without our agency, many of the most vulnerable members of our community would not have access to critically needed behavioral health care.   We believe that by respecting people as they are, we can help them to become all that they wish to be.

We are looking for a part-time Case Manager to work with the Southern Hillsborough County Drug Court Program and its’ participants. The Case Manager will provide direct supervision of participants’ compliance with the program. Additional responsibilities include providing community linkages and referrals to appropriate agencies to help participants gain access to services such as health insurance, job training, housing, etc. which will support their recovery. The Case Manager will also attend Drug Court Meetings and report on participant efforts on a regular basis.

A Bachelor Degree in Human Services or other related is required.  Previous experience working with individuals with addiction and who are court-involved is strongly preferred.  Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
