Capacity Building Event

Should Your Nonprofit Launch a Podcast in 2022?

a free communications class at the Loeb School

Presented by: Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications

Podcasts: Everyone is listening to them, talking about them, and launching them. Perhaps you see the potential value of a podcast for your nonprofit and are dying to jump in. Or others have suggested it, or are even pressuring you to launch a podcast for your nonprofit. In this class, you will learn several of the compelling outcomes nonprofits can achieve with a well-produced show — benefits that include growing existing audiences, reaching new audiences, intensifying engagement and loyalty, giving you content that can be repurposed in other channels, and building key relationships. Instructor Elaine Appleton Grant is the CEO of Podcast Allies, LLC, a training, consulting and podcast production company devoted to helping mission-driven organizations produce high-quality podcasts.

Date/Time: Thursday, February 24, 2022 - 3:00pm to 4:30pm
