CFS names Colleen Ives to role of chief operating officer

Manchester - Child and Family Services of New Hampshire has named Colleen Ives to the role of chief operating officer. Ives will be responsible for overseeing the full range of direct service programs provided by CFS. 
 
Ives brings over two decades of leadership experience to the position.  She is skilled in managing operations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, which includes extensive strategic planning and organizational development.  Ives joins the existing executive team as it works to build operational capacity and partnerships in order to respond to the evolving needs of our communities. 
 
“We are thrilled to have an experienced hand at the operational helm,” says CFS president/CEO, Borja Alvarez de Toledo.  “Colleen’s expertise will help CFS continue to develop vital programming that adjusts to New Hampshire’s unique and continuously changing social service needs.” 
 
Ives holds a doctorate in organizational systems from the Fielding Graduate University, and a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Assumption College. 
 
“I am eager to jump in and help to further Child and Family Services’ successes throughout the state,” says Ives,” and to work alongside our dedicated staff and many community partners.”
 
Child and Family Services of NH (CFS)  is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the well-being of children and families by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children.
