Concord — The Board of Trustees of Fellowship Housing Opportunities, Inc. (FHO) is pleased to announce that Herbert (Herb) S. Carpenter has joined the organization in the role of Executive Director. With a strong background in managed care, New Hampshire Medicaid, and contract administration, Carpenter brings more than 35 years of management and leadership experience in the areas of operations, finance, and service to the organization. Prior to accepting this position, Carpenter served as a trustee for the organization since 2006.
“Herb’s commitment to the vision and mission of this organization, combined with his exceptional leadership and management skills, will serve as a catalyst for organizational growth in providing services to those who live with mental health issues,” said Robin Milnes, Interim Board President.
“Each day at FHO is a gift with opportunities to learn from an extremely knowledgeable staff, emulate what it means to be an interested landlord for residents dealing with mental health and share my experience in an effort for us to grow as a respected leader and collaborator in the community,” said Carpenter.
