The Sustainability Mindset

Please note: Registration includes both sessions of the series: March 9 and 23 from 10am-12pm. If you were registered for the event originally scheduled for April 2020 as part of our Financial Leadership webinar series, your registration will be automatically transferred.

Even with hope on the horizon, the COVID-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc on nonprofit business models. Leadership must perform a delicate balancing act between delivering exceptional impact and remaining financially viable while making strategic decisions to survive. This two-part virtual workshop supports these efforts using the matrix map – a visual depiction of the organization’s business model encompassing the dual-bottom line of mission impact and financial viability.  We’ll review the steps to create the map and learn how to use this map to create a shared understanding of the business model and explore the integration of the organization’s impact and financial strategy.  More than just a picture, though, the matrix map also offers strategic guidance to strengthen the organization allowing organizations to inclusively make decisions and move toward sustainability – even during a pandemic.

Session recordings will be made available to registrants.

This event is generously sponsored by Cambridge Trust.
