events are fun, impactful, and well-organized
● Work with our Communications Manager to share volunteer stories through social media,
newsletter articles, and other avenues
● Maintain the Harris Center’s collection of trail tools and other equipment
● Represent the Harris Center at community events

Administrative Tasks (50%):
● Recordkeeping & Data Entry: Enter and manage gift data in the Harris Center’s donor management
database (Little Green Light), help generate gift acknowledgement letters and update contacts in
our email newsletter system (Constant Contact)
● Event Registrations: Create and manage registration forms for 150+ events annually
● Event Support: Assist with behind-the-scenes logistics for events, including waitlist and registration
management, communications, and setup and cleanup for in-person events

renters, and ensuring the space is ready for use
