About the Job
Position Summary: Provide a high level of administrative support to the Residential Department
Essential Responsibilities:
· Review and Process Monthly Documentation
· Scan and electronically file documentation
· Submit attendance to accounting on a weekly basis
· Coordinate and audit designated electronic health records for the department
· Coordinate movers for client moves
· Assists in scheduling home maintenance for staffed homes
· Notarizing background checks as needed
· Compliance and Certification tracking for homecare providers and their designees
· Ensure that all homecare providers have a minimum of 2 trained and ready designees per individual served and maintain these trainings as needed.
· Order supplies for the staffed residences
· Assist in coordinating annual training days for residential department
· Assist with other assignments and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
· Associate’s degree or equivalent
· A minimum of two years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or related Administrative role
· Ability to obtain Notary public certification within 60 days of hire
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
· Valid driver’s license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours
· $100,000/300,000 Automobile Liability Insurance
