About the Organization
Established in 1967, Pemi-Baker community Health is an innovative leader in Palliative, Hospice and Home Care. We are a local, independent, non-profit providing programs and services to meet the diverse needs of 26 surrounding communities in central and northern New Hampshire. Throught the support of more than 70 employees and volunteers, the organization touches lives in a variety of ways: teaching your little one to swim, strengthening your knee through physical therapy, or supporting you and your family with advanced illness at home.

About the Job
Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health seeks an experienced executive professional to fill the position of Executive Director.
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth and culture of Pemi-Baker Hospice and Home Health Agency. The Executive Director represents the Agency in the community and reports to the Board of Trustees.
Must have a broad knowledge of nonprofit management, health care operations management, budgetary development and monitoring as well as extensive knowledge and experience with state regulations/administration including Medicare COPs and Part B regulations.
