HNH Foundation Celebrates the Retirement of Sandi Van Scoyoc

Well-wishers gathered in Concord on March 31 to mark the retirement of Sandi Van Scoyoc. Sandi served as the Foundation's first and only President for almost 15 years. The event was attended by current and former Board members, public officials, colleagues, grantees, and stakeholders in the field of children's health issues.

Cameron Tease Joins Monadnock United Way as Director of Resource Development

Keene – Cameron Tease comes to MUW with a rich history as a business professional and community volunteer with diverse management experience. He has lived and worked in the Monadnock region since 1982, and during that time he has held positions in insurance, risk management, and contract management at Peerless Insurance Company, Masiello Group, Northwestern Mutual, Markem Corporation, and Markem-Imaje Corporation.

HNH Foundation Program Officer Patti Baum Named Interim President

The Search Committee of the Board of Directors of the HNH Foundation has announced that Patti Baum, Program Officer, will serve as Interim President when Sandi Van Scoyoc, the current Foundation President, retires in April.  Ms. Baum has worked at the HNH Foundation for six years, managing its grants program that awards over $600,000 annually throughout New Hampshire.  She will resume her role as Program Officer once a new President is selected.

Spaulding Youth Center Announces New CEO

Jim Clements was named CEO and president of Spaulding YOuth Center in Northfield.  Clements, formerly head of The Tilton School in Tilton, succeeds Susan Calegari, who stepped down last month.

A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, she completed her residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, where she received the 2010 Thomas Holcomb Award for excellence in pediatrics.

New Faculty Members Join Music School

Concord – Julieann Hartley, MT-BC, (Music Therapy Director) earned a bachelor of music degree from Anna Maria College, double-majoring in music therapy and psychology. She is a board-certified music therapist and a member of the American Music Therapy Association. Hartley has clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults with developmental, behavioral, emotional and psychological disabilities.
