Manchester Community Health Center Receives Award for Quality

In August Manchester Community Health Center (MCHC) received an award of $214,000 from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). A total of $950,000 was awarded to 11 health centers in New Hampshire to invest in quality improvement, building upon their achievements in providing high-quality comprehensive care.

Child and Family Services Awarded Grant from Eastern Bank

Child and Family Services received a $10,000 award from Eastern Bank Charitable Foundation’s “Targeted Grant” program. This award will support family/mental health counseling and home based support programs that help families through crises and to regain resiliency.

Hope on Haven Hill Gets $480,000 in Fed Funds

Governor Maggie Hassan and the Executive Council approved a $480,000 contract with Hope on Haven Hill to provide treatment and residential services to pregnant and parenting women, and education and prevention services to at-risk youth.

Dental Center at Families First Awarded $7,500

TD Bank, through the TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank® recently donated $7,500 to support dental care at Families First Health & Support Center. The Foundation has been supporting the Dental Center with annual grants since 2006.
