Charitable Gaming Update

The Center opposes  several bills that could impact revenues to nonprofits that sponsor charitable gaming. 

HB531 filed by Representative Ames of Jaffrey would set annual limits on the amount of charitable gaming revenue which may be distributed to one charitable organization. 

HB 588 filed by Representative Fellows would divert distributions of revenues from historic horse racing from charities to the lottery commission.
