This year’s honoree was Michael L’Ecuyer, president and CEO of Bellwether Community Credit Union who also received a proclamation from Mayor Joyce Craig.

EChO enables children to participate in outdoor adventures and education, regardless of their neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning or developmental challenges or family circumstances.
