Finding Light Together: Highlights from the 2025 Nonprofit Leadership Summit

The lights went out over more than 300 New Hampshire nonprofit leaders at the 2025 Nonprofit Leadership Summit on September 25—but that didn’t stop the energy in the room. Even in the dark, attendees kept the day shining with real conversation, creative ideas, and hope for the future.Womens Chorus

By the time the lights came back on, the Grappone Conference Center was buzzing with excitement for keynote speaker Becky Endicott, co-founder of We Are For Good. Becky delivered an inspiring talk on the power of nonprofit storytelling, sharing practical tools and free resources designed to “democratize” nonprofit knowledge and strengthen the sector.

Throughout the day, Community Conversations, breakout sessions, and lunchtime networking sparked thoughtful dialogue and new connections. The conversation carried on into the evening, as attendees gathered for a casual post-summit meetup at Uno’s in Concord—continuing discussions, swapping ideas, and building friendships with peers and Center staff.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s Summit such a success. We hope you left feeling inspired, reenergized, and ready to meet the moment together.

Thank you to our sponsors Citizens, New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, E&S Insurance Services, Greater Nashua Technology Associates, and more.
