Passionate and multifaceted Grant Writer with an impressive win rate for former clients. My record and future success for clients will be based on resourcefulness and unwavering tenacity, in addition to my experience in fundraising strategies, management, legal regulations, organizational prowess, interpersonal communication skills, and record keeping, fueled by a deep commitment to help others and create positive change within my community and state. 

The vast majority of administrative positions I've held have been for town/state governments and nonprofit organizations.  In 2020 I retired from the Hinsdale Town Clerks office to follow my true calling and utilize my talents to assist my longtime friend at her company Roedel Consulting, Auburndale, FL, serving 7 clients. Subsequently, over the next 3 years we gained an additional 8 clients for a total of 15 clients who we assisted with grant services, fundraising, board development, business development, and 501c3 filings etc. Earning 6 million dollars for deserving nonprofits. With great client satisfaction.

Now with 3 years of experience and continued collaboration with Roedel Consulting I decided it was time to bring those services to New England and launch my own company.  With the skills I have acquired I will continue to help nonprofit organization (the boots on the ground) fulfill their desire to assist humanity with their most needed programming through grants and fundraising.
