We are a dedicated team of IT security professionals with a passion for helping non-profits. We understand that non-profits have limited resources and often rely heavily on technology to carry out their mission. However, these organizations also tend to be vulnerable to cyber-attacks, as they may not have the same level of resources as larger corporations to invest in advanced security measures.

Our goal is to assist non-profits in assessing their current IT security, identifying any potential vulnerabilities, and providing them with a comprehensive plan to improve their overall security posture. We work closely with non-profit organizations to understand their unique needs and concerns, and tailor our approach to their specific situation.

Our services include an initial security assessment, where we evaluate the non-profit's current security practices and identify any potential risks. We then provide them with a report detailing our findings, as well as a list of recommendations for improving their security. We also offer a variety of services such as education, training and guidance to management and staff.

Once the security plan is in place, we remain available to support the organization and provide ongoing maintenance and monitoring of their systems. This includes regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure that the organization's security remains up-to-date and effective.

In addition, our team is committed to building long-term relationships with our clients. We understand that the needs of a non-profit may change over time, and we strive to be flexible and responsive to their evolving needs.

We are dedicated to helping non-profits protect their sensitive information and keep their technology systems running smoothly. Our goal is to provide comprehensive IT security solutions that are affordable and effective, so that non-profits can focus on their mission without worrying about the security of their IT systems.

Description of Work Done
We recently had the pleasure of working with the non-profit organization, NHTOA, to evaluate and improve their IT security. NHTOA came to us concerned about their risk for cyber-attacks and the potential loss of sensitive information. We provided a comprehensive security assessment, identifying potential vulnerabilities and providing recommendations for improving their overall security posture.

Based on the results of the assessment, we completed several projects to enhance NHTOA's security, including implementing security software, separating their network and encryption for their sensitive data. We also provided training and education to NHTOA's staff on best practices.

Additionally, we are currently working with NHTOA to build a comprehensive security program that will meet their specific needs and continue to evolve as the threat landscape changes. This includes regular vulnerability assessments, and ongoing support and maintenance to ensure NHTOA's security remains up-to-date and effective.

Through our partnership with NHTOA, we have been able to provide them with the peace of mind that comes with knowing their sensitive information is secure and their technological systems are protected. We are proud to have been able to assist NHTOA in achieving their mission without worrying about IT security.

Description of Work Done
Recently, we had the opportunity to work with the Mary A. Sweeney Home, a non-profit organization that provides independent living for senior women.

The Mary A. Sweeney Home was facing a significant challenge: they needed to expand their staff from two to four people while maintaining elevated levels of productivity and security. As their existing IT provider, we recognized that their current IT systems and processes were not adequate to support this growth and they turned to us for help.

We worked closely with the Mary A. Sweeney Home to understand their unique needs and goals. We conducted a thorough assessment of their current IT infrastructure and identified areas for improvement. Based on our findings, we implemented several changes to their IT systems, including adding a new phone system, expanding their network, and introducing new security measures to protect against cyber threats.

One of the key changes we implemented was the implementation of cloud-based systems and access to shared documents through the cloud that allows staff to access their data remotely. This allowed them to increase their staff size while maintaining secure communication between the team.

We also provided comprehensive training and support to help the staff at the Mary A. Sweeney Home to quickly become proficient with the new systems and software. This training and support helped ensure that the fresh staff were able to hit the ground running and start contributing to the organization as quickly as possible.

As a result of our work, the Mary A. Sweeney Home was able to double their staff size without sacrificing productivity or security. They now have the IT systems and processes in place to support their mission. We are proud to have been able to assist the Mary A. Sweeney Home in achieving their goals and improving the lives of the seniors they serve.
