Behavior Specialist

In our Community Based Services program we are seeking a Behavior Specialist to join our team right now!
Easterseals NH, VT & Farnum is seizing the future with intent. We are mission driven: We help people age in place, find paid employment, achieve sobriety, improve mobility, transition to independent living, develop life skills, access education, secure housing, find family, and connect with their communities.
Develop comprehensive non-aversive behavior support plans for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analysis
Manage behavioral data
Write behavior support plans
Train staff on positive behavior interventions and supports and provide crisis management
The primary duties will be performed in the Concord area, but will require some travel to the Manchester and Seacoast regions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
Two (2) years of experience working with adults with developmental and mental health disabilities
A reliable vehicle and automobile insurance
Compensation:
$50,000 annually + experience and education
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Participate in an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks
